Ornate gilt-framed western landscape painting with canyon and wagon scene

About this piece

Decorative framed landscape artwork showing sunlit canyon walls, a reflective river or lake, and a small wagon/horse scene near the water. Heavy ornate gold frame with a wide cream mat. Appears to be a single original painting or a signed print, but the medium and artist are not verifiable from the photo alone.
